The I-Lien Website (“Website”) may be used only as described herein and only for lawful purposes. By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly. RAD Inc., dba i-Lien only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
Lien Services
We are licensed to provide Vehicle Registration Service (Lien Sale Service) to the public, but our company is not a branch of the Department of Motor Vehicles [Per section 11406(d) CVC].
By signing up for our services via our website it makes this a binding contract. It authorizes I-Lien to process all liens with the provided License and VIN Numbers verified from the vehicle by the Lien Holder and R.A.D, Inc d.b.a. I-Lien is held harmless from any lawsuits, judgments, omissions or errors under any circumstance You must sign every lien order with you name and you must certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the information you are providing is true and correct.
- The vehicle must be physically located in the State of California.
- You must have possession of the vehicle to conduct a lien.
- The vehicle must stay at the physical location address during the entire lien process.
- Any back registration fees due stay with the vehicle, even once the lien sale is completed.

- Once the lien is complete the party that takes the lien packet to the DMV will have to pay sales tax on the storage fees due (indicated on the lien packet).
- Over $4000 value and Vessel liens have a 10-day redemption period after the lien sale date, and you cannot release the vehicle until after the 10 days have passed.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RAD Inc., dba i-Lien and its affiliates and hold RAD Inc., dba i-Lien harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
Limitation on liability
RAD Inc., dba i-Lien is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.
RAD Inc., dba i-Lien reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between RAD Inc., dba i-Lien and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
